I gave it a 5 because first of all the packaging was worth the extra few bucks. Every piece was carefully packaged and each piece had a scratch protection film. I ordered 15 of 8.5x11 top loading sign holders. I linated my sheets that I used for these sign holders and realized there was no need because the fit was true to size. It was hard to find these sign holders that were top loading, which means you insert the sign from the top and not the bottom as I found most other companies seem to make them insert from the bottom. bottom line I happy with my purchase and will be ordering more holders soon. They seem to be made pretty strong.

The edges are pretty sharp on these. Make sure not to drop them on yourself or anyone else. They DID arrive very wrapped and packed so as not to crack in shient. See photo.
